At Zims Enterprise, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seven-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email within the seven-day return period. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, altered, or damaged.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
